Banana Daiquiri
- 1 1/2 oz Cape Cod Great White Rum
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 oz crushed ice
- Half of a ripe banana, cut into thin slices
Put everything in a blender. Blend at high speed for at least 30 seconds, until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass.
